ABOUT THE FOUNDER:

Bill Foster, the owner and founder of Accessibility Services, Inc., is an alumnus of UCLA,  and has been a U. S. Navy officer, and corporate executive.  He has owned a manufacturing business and sold businesses.  He has built buildings, created land subdivisions and engaged in real estate development and syndications.  About 20 years ago he bought a nursing home in Tucson, Arizona and became very interested in providing care for individuals with limited abilities.  The years since, until recently, have been spent in designing and developing care facilities.  One fact that he has learned from this experience is that no matter how attractive a care facility may be the overwhelming majority of people, regardless of their condition, will prefer to stay in their homes.  Even though the design of their homes makes it difficult to cope and may even be life threatening they will opt to stay at home.  He created Accessibility Services, Inc. to help those people that want to remain safely and comfortably in their homes for a lifetime.

Mr. Foster is a former licensed General Contractor and Real Estate Broker, a certified Real Estate Appraiser, a certified Residential Building Inspector, a Compliance Inspector for the Veterans Administration, and has earned the National Association of Home Builders designation of Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS).  He and his wife currently reside in Henderson, Nevada.  They have a son, two daughters,  two granddaughters and a grandson (so far).

ABOUT ACCESSIBILITY SERVICES, INC.

We consult with people that have limited abilities to ensure that their homes are completely accessible.  This means working with people that may have a debilitating disease, suffer from accident trauma, or be frail due to age to ensure that their homes are safe, convenient and accessible.  We are problem solvers and maintain a library of products and services that grows daily.  However, we emphasize the need to thoroughly understand the clients relationship with their home before offering solutions.  We take the time to listen.  We endeavor to make every solution attractive as well as practical.  The last thing we want to do is turn a clients home into a nursing home or hospital.  It is our intention that every modification will not only make a clients home safer and more comfortable, but also more attractive as well.

MISSION STATEMENT OF ACCESSIBILITY SERVICES, INC.;  Our mission is for everyone to enjoy their home for a lifetime.
