We have over 20 years of licensed general contracting experience. We have earned the National Association of Home Builders' "Certified Aging in Place Specialist" (CAPS) designation and we are factory certified to install overhead lifts.

• Whether it be the design of one room, or the setup of one lifting device, or a complete makeover  of a home we believe that it is crucial to start with the client, to understand their personal needs and desires.

• Then we can examine the home to determine the compatibility of the features of the home to the clients needs and desires.

• We may propose the addition of equipment or a design change or both.

• Equipment, whether it be installed or freestanding, is always accompanied by complete instructions and training in its use.  All equipment is warranted for up to 3 years.

• Designs begin with our creation of "as built" plans of existing conditions for discussion, then the preparation of conceptual plans for clients approval, and finally finished plans and specifications are completed for bidding and construction.

• We can recommend competent, reliable tradesmen, organize and supervise all of the work, and make sure everything is done according to plans and specifications.
